What do I look for in a transportation company for my event?

• A well established, reliable company.
• A company that “spots” at least 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled pick up time.
• A dispatch that contacts client to confirm prior to event.
• Chauffeurs you can trust and rely on.
• Drivers that are intimately familiar with the local venues.
• Latest model cars and detailed maintenance.

Some questions to ask when researching a transportation company.

• What the price quoted to you actually pays for.  Does it cover gratuity and fuel charges?
• What is supplied with the service?  Are soft drinks, water, red carpet, “just married” sign part of the package?
• Is the car dedicated to you and your party the whole time?
• Do you have the proper insurance and city permits to operate?
• How many people does your car comfortably seat?
• Does the company allow food or smoking in the cars? (You will be much happier in a car that food and smoking is NOT allowed)
